It is the employer’s responsibility to ensure the following:

  1. Timely receipt of workers at the airport.
  2. Inform Sagar Recruitment about the workers’ arrival.
  3. Provide an advance payment to each worker upon their arrival in the country of work (which can be deducted from their monthly salary).
  4. Arrange furnished and suitable housing accommodations.
  5. Ensure the availability of water and electricity in the living area.
  6. Ensure the safety and security of workers, particularly female workers, in both the living and working areas.
  7. Timely payment of salary for each working month.
  8. Keep track of the validity of workers’ passports and residence permits/employment visas.
  9. Treat workers with respect and dignity.
  10. Provide proper medical treatment to workers in the event of illness or accidents.
  11. Notify Sagar Recruitment of any problems that require their assistance.
  12. Adhere to the terms of the agreement signed between the employer and the workers.
